**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment. Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical repairs, breaking down machinery for cleaning, and starting up machinery. The role involves working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventive maintenance and work orders. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on food processing equipment. + Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery. + Break down machinery for cleaning and assist with machinery startup. + Use a CMMS system for preventive maintenance (PMs) and work orders. + Install electrical/electronic devices and systems used in manufacturing facilities. + Read and interpret electrical schematics. + Troubleshoot electrical equipment using ladder logic and electrical schematics. + Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems. **Essential Skills** + Intermediate mechanical experience. + Intermediate electrical/control experience. + Experience with electrical installation and industrial maintenance. + Ability to troubleshoot electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. + Familiarity with control voltage (24V and up to 480V three-phase). + Experience with power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, and conveyors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Maintenance experience: 3 to 5 years. + High school diploma. + Ability to use a multimeter. + Food/GMP experience is a plus. + PLC experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits. The position is available on the 2nd shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Gowns and steel-toed boots will be provided, and tools will be supplied.
