Join us and we can make a difference together. **About The Role:** + Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair and maintain all plant facility and/or production equipment as needed + Provide general facility maintenance and maintain records on all maintenance activities. + On occasion work in the production areas as needed + Cleaning, painting, maintenance and moving of industrial and office equipment as needed. + Perform regular preventive/predictive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities based on established procedures + Operate Heavy Equipment, Forklifts, Scissor Lifts or Boom lifts in a safe manner as per the Safety regulations **Minimum Qualifications:** + Associate degree with 3+ years of facilities experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Associate degree or technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or comparable experience in facilities maintenance in an industrial manufacturing/distribution environment. + Intermediate ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC equipment. General knowledge of building Fire and Life Safety systems. + Ability to perform general building maintenance as directed, such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, repair of overhead doors and plumbing. + Must assist in maintaining accurate records and logs of various operations and equipment + May be required to review and assist with construction and installation of systems and expansion of existing systems _\#RSRCAR_ _LI-onsite_ **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
