**3rd Shift Maintenance Technician** **Pay Up To $33** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team at a global aluminum manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Responsibilities** + Work on and troubleshoot equipment such as rollers, bearings, cumulator rolls, coater heads, cylinders, oxidizers, IR ovens, roll grinders, wet lathes, slitters, air lines, and motors. + Perform MIG, TIG, and STICK welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. + Troubleshoot and rewire 480v three-phase motors. + Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics. + Bend conduit as needed for maintenance tasks. + Collaborate effectively with other technicians. + Perform PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley & Siemens). **Essential Skills** + 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to troubleshoot and rewire 480v three-phase motors. + Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints and schematics. + Experience with bending conduit. + Strong collaborative skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to troubleshoot PLCs is a major plus (Allen Bradley & Siemens). + Experience with industrial mechanical troubleshooting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Ashville, Ohio. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
