**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trade skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair, and a proven ability to lead and instruct junior-level technicians. This role requires adherence to strict regulatory standards (FDA, EPA) to ensure uninterrupted business operations and compliance with GMP, Safety, GxP, and OSHA standards. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory standards (FDA, EPA). + Ensure compliance with GMP regulations through accurate logbook entries and PM fulfillment/paperwork. + Balance priorities in daily work concerning Safety, GxP, and OSHA standards. + Interface with internal customers and vendors. + Maintain and repair electrical, boiler, and industrial mechanical systems. + Lead and instruct junior-level technicians. + Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair purified water systems. + Read, interpret, and work from plans, prints, and diagrams. + Provide excellent internal and external customer service. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of three years of relevant experience in basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trade skills. + Black Seal boiler operator's license. + Driver's license. + Experience with process and water systems. + Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair. + Proven ability to lead and instruct junior-level technicians. + Experience with sophisticated EMS/BMS systems. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience with hand/power tools. + Punctuality. + Professionalism and the ability to interact with clients on-site. + Basic computer skills. + Excellent attention to detail. + Quality mindset and preventive maintenance experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, PTO, holidays, performance-based raises, and long-term employment opportunities. The work environment spans 1 million square feet across 6 locations. We offer two shifts: Sunday to Thursday and Tuesday to Saturday, with coverage required from 6 AM to 6 PM. Candidates must be open to a 6 AM - 3 PM shift or a 9 AM - 6 PM shift.
