We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Senior living Cooperative community in Richfield, MN! This maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment and grounds keeping. No boiler's license required! This Maintenance services schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeksFull time, day shiftsNo weekends!
