**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires strong experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as the ability to manage parts ordering and vendor communications. The ideal candidate will ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and facilities, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. **Hard Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial environment. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. **Soft Skills** + Experience with parts ordering and vendor communication. + Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Bakersfield, California. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
