**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Pay $30/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on large industrial equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues related to gears, motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Additionally, the technician will work with various meters and schematics, and perform conduit running and bending tasks. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on large industrial equipment. + Respond to floor calls as necessary and conduct preventative maintenance based on work orders. + Troubleshoot mechanical problems related to gears, motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Repair and troubleshoot AC/DC drives, motors, contacts, relays, and coils. + Utilize various meters such as Multi, amp, clamp, and phase rotation meters. + Proficiently use schematics and ladder logic. + Run and bend conduit as required. **Essential Skills** + Electrical knowledge, including 480V and 3-phase systems. + Mechanical troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience wiring up AC/DC motors and drives. + Pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic experience. + Knowledge of photo-eye sensors, VFDs, and HMIs. + Experience with equipment installation. + Hoist and crane experience. + Experience with servo motors and controls. + Knowledge of capacitors. **Why Work Here?** Join a smaller company with room for growth. The facility can be loud and very hot in the summer, and cool in the winter, so candidates must be able to work in these conditions.
