**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot all mechanical systems in our facility, including production equipment and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and be comfortable navigating and completing work orders in a timely fashion. This position follows a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and operates on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot mechanical systems including production equipment and HVAC. + Understand and work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. + Obtain, navigate, and complete work orders efficiently. + Follow and adhere to PM schedules. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Use hand and power tools comfortably. + Perform wiring up to 480V. + Document all work completed. + Read and understand electrical diagrams. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Maintenance technician experience + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + Industrial mechanical skills + HVAC knowledge + 3-phase system knowledge + Repair and service skills + Motor maintenance + Experience with 480V systems + Conveyor maintenance + Gearbox and roller knowledge + Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance + PLC troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic knowledge of Electrical Distribution, Natural Gas, Fire Sprinkler Systems, City Water, Compressed Air, and Vacuum Systems. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to work in a supportive and dynamic environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.
