**Job Title: Maintenance Technician$$$30 above !!!!!!** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. These individuals will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) on machinery. This is a new position focused exclusively on PM tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, focusing on maintaining optimal equipment performance. + Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulics, electrical systems (480V and 24V), and pneumatics. + Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and robotics (Fanuc). + Conduct MIG and TIG welding as needed. + Work with Allen-Bradley PLCs, sensors, and photoeyes to ensure seamless machine operations. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience with 480V and 24V systems. + 1+ years of robotics and automation experience, specifically with Fanuc. + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding. + Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and sensor systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with equipment such as tube benders, Fanuc robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and older versions of PLCs (500 series). + Knowledge of manual machining is a huge plus. **Why Work Here?** Our facility is clean, organized, and climate-controlled, offering an excellent working environment, especially for those in the automotive industry.
