**Job Title: Industrial Electrician/Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician/Mechanic with strong experience in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling electrical issues up to 480v 3-phase, as well as mechanical repairs, including working with dryer machines, pumps, pneumatics, and more. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase, including pulling wires, running conduit, rewiring motors, VFDs, and addressing tripped fuses. + Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on dryer machines, pumps, pneumatics, frequency drives, steam boilers, gearboxes, and more. + Engage in stick and MIG welding and fabricating tasks. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Participate in project work such as rewiring facility lights, building maintenance, preventive maintenance on equipment, and forklift repair when there are no immediate machinery issues. **Why Work Here?** Join a unionized environment with the United Steel Workers (USW) and enjoy benefits such as weekly pay, 10 days of vacation after the first year, 3 floating holidays, and a strong 401K match up to 7% dollar for dollar starting six months after hire. Initial training will be on the 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM for the first three months.
