A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of prior industrial maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude and be willing and eager to invest time and energy in training. Including self-study on their own time to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to be an industrial maintenance mechanic.

Effective 5/26/23, we are offering a $3,000 hiring bonus

This role has a starting rate of rate of $28.26 and a top out rate of $36.78 plus a $3.00 per hour adder for weekends and $1.00 per hour adder for night shift.

Key Functions:
The successful candidate will participate in self-study and on-the-job training to enable them to perform the following maintenance functions:

Highly skilled mechanical maintenance tasks including installationRepair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. This may include, but not limited to, such equipment as motors, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveyor systemsIn downtime situations, must be able to analyze the cause of breakdown with equipmentMust also determine and carry out maintenance of repair actions required to return the equipment to effective operating conditionsMust lubricate and clean parts, perform maintenance planning, layout work, welding and metal fabrication as requiredFollow and adhere to safety lockout procedures and strictly adhere to plant safety rules as well as follow excellent housekeeping practices to help maintain a clean work environment
