**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong skillset in industrial, electrical, and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in 480v electrical systems, AC/DC theory, 3-phase motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, sprockets, pulleys, and belts. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair production equipment. + Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including working with 480v systems, AC/DC theory, and 3-phase motors. + Conduct mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, sprockets, pulleys, and belts. + Read and interpret blueprints for effective troubleshooting and repairs. + Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. + Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience with 480v systems. + Proficiency in AC/DC theory and 3-phase motors. + Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, sprockets, pulleys, and belts. + Ability to read and troubleshoot using blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PLC maintenance. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where the turnover is low in all departments aside from production.
