Maintenance Technician
**Maintenance Technician** Aerotek is looking for a skilled maintenance technician with 4+ years experience working in an Industrial manufacturing environment. Great company with small team working side by side with. Looking for someone with understanding of high voltage 480v equipment, LOTO, boilers, welding, mechanical, electrical experience. Doesn't need to know it all but needs a good baseline and willing to learn. Great pay progression!!! Starts at $30.66/hr for 6 months then pay increase to $31.66/hr. Next 6 month pay increases to $34.81/hr. Next pay increase will be $37.49/hr. Modified 1st/2nd shift hybrid schedule. Train on 7am-4pm schedule and then move to 11am-7pm schedule. Must be available for after hours on call if needed. **Job Description** + Actively participate in Continuous Improvement by utilizing/participating in Job Planning, Standardized Work, 6S, and Root Cause Analysis. + Support RCM through the utilization of proven techniques associated to Preventative Maintenance (PM) which includes lubrication, inspection, verification, and replacement strategies. + Support RCM through the utilization of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) methodologies which include infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic analysis + Provide flexibility in to allow implementation of rapid improvement, project implementation and/or plant shut downs. + Capable of directly troubleshooting an electrical/instrument issue and the ability to facilitate while completing other aspects of assigned responsibilities. Desired Behavioral Attributes + Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all functional groups within the organization. + Provide direction to local and contractor mechanical/journeyman staff to perform prioritized high quality work in a timely and safe manner. Work with local planner to effectively communicate with operations, engineering and maintenance to develop a schedule for upcoming work, insuring adequate resources are available – parts, people, and equipment. + Capable of performing preventive maintenance/safety inspections and effectively communicate/document findings. + High level of understanding of bearings, seals, pumps, electrical motors and knowledge of maintaining/operating high speed equipment. + Ability to perform alignment and balancing is preferred.. + Capable of interpreting blue prints, flow diagrams, and simple control circuits and the ability to troubleshoot the systems involved. + Must be able to, but not limited to: lift up to 55lbs, climb a ladder, work at heights, wear a respirator, work within confined spaces, follow LOTO/MESI and other safety programs. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
