**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. This role may also involve assisting with general facilities maintenance as needed. Much of the equipment is unique to the plant, and candidates will undergo a two-month training period on the job. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. + Assist with general facilities maintenance as needed. + Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues. + Work with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and related control systems. + Handle 3-phase electrical systems and components. + Perform welding and work with industrial automation equipment. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams. + Work with motors, conveyors, and robotics. **Essential Skills** + Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting + Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting + Hydraulics and pneumatics repair + Preventive maintenance + PLC troubleshooting and control + Use of hand tools + Experience with 3-phase electrical systems + Knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems + Ability to read blueprints and schematics + Experience with industrial automation and robotics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Multicraft Maintenance Technician with 3+ years of experience + Familiarity with welding techniques + Ability to work with conveyors and automation systems **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401k plan and tuition reimbursement.
