**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a specialist within the Facilities Industrial Repair & Maintenance job family, you will apply your acquired skills and adhere to company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. You will be responsible for scheduled maintenance and addressing breakdowns of production equipment, assisting with the setup and changeover of production lines, fabricating machine parts, and potentially assembling machines. This role requires the ability to recognize when to deviate from routine practices and follow established procedures, seeking instructions only for new assignments. **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled maintenance and address breakdowns of production equipment. + Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as needed. + Fabricate needed machine parts. + Assemble machines when required. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Mechanically repair conveyors, screw machines, presses, cold headers, and threaders. **Essential Skills** + Electrical maintenance + Troubleshooting + Mechanical maintenance + Preventive maintenance + Pneumatics + Hydraulics + Reading blueprints and schematics + Fabrication of metal parts + Repair and welding + Industrial maintenance + PLC troubleshooting + Electrical troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5-7 years of mechanical and electrical experience (60/40 mechanical preferred) + Experience with metals and fabrication + Proficiency in industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair + Basic welding and cutting procedures + Correct use of machinist measurement tools + Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams + Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment mechanically + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to complete assignments timely + Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills + Strong sense of responsibility and ownership **Why Work Here?** Our newly renovated facility offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.
