**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities by following safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting issues. You will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal equipment performance and ensuring a safe working environment. **Pay rate:** + **$20-$35/hour based on experience** **Shifts available:** + **2nd shift: 3pm - 11am Monday-Friday** + **3rd shift: 11pm - 7am Sunday-Thursday** **Responsibilities** + Level and parallel rolls, make necessary settings and adjustments for optimum equipment performance. + Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify mechanical/electrical issues, disassemble, repair, and replace components as needed. + Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical problems of plant machinery using precision maintenance techniques. + Perform maintenance functions and troubleshoot to prevent equipment downtime by completing regular preventive maintenance (PM). + Work within specifications and drawings, ensuring completion with minimal waste within set dates and times. + Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA Safety and Health rules and fire and electrical safety codes. + Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, employees, and vendors. + Utilize knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, computers in an industrial environment, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. + Read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic, hydraulic systems, PLCs, and motors. **Essential Skills** + Related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of technical school education and experience. + Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience. + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. + Ability to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong attention to detail. + Strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety. **Why Work Here?** We offer a catered new facility, all necessary tools provided, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance, company-paid short-term and long-term insurance, life insurance equal to 1½ times your prior earnings, a 401k match at 50 cents on each dollar up to 6%, an Employee Assistance Program, a Work Discount Program, vacation time (1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year), a Team Share Bonus Program paid monthly if metrics are achieved, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Work Environment** Join a forward-thinking team with a family feel, a culture of excellence, and customer-focused reliability.
