**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Salary: $28-$35/hr** **Key Responsibilities:** + Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. + Tend to a group of blow molding machines + Perform quality checks and analysis on products. + Monitor and adjust heat controls, cooling water temperatures, pressures, extruder, and hydraulic units. + Maintain various daily production and quality reports. + Troubleshoot processes and perform minor repairs on all machines and support equipment. + Monitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize quality and minimize scrap. + Perform mold and line changeovers. + Follow proper start-up and shutdown procedures as per company and machine requirements. + Assist with machine installation and cross-training technicians. **Work Environment:** + Well-lit and clean **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
