\n \n Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance duties of Associations involving mostly exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and minor roofing repairs in addition toother exterior responsibilities to guarantee that the communities we manage are properly and safely maintained.
\n\nWork hours: 7:30am-4pm with flexibility to work weekends.
\n\nDaily responsibilities:
\n\n\nPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently andthat the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.\nPerform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs toensure that the building is properly maintained.\nClean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors,gutters and drains.\nOperate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.\nMaintain company issued vehicle (routine PM’s, oil changes etc.), as required.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n3+ years of light plumbing, light electrical, and light carpentry work (paint, plaster, dry wall).\nCustomer service oriented.\nExcellent communication skills (written and spoken), ability to follow directions, follow up skills.\nWorks proactively, takes initiative, on time, reliable and dependable.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nMay be required to provide own basic tools (power drill, power saw, screwdrivers, level,hammer, etc.).\nValid driver's license is required for employment.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-PK1
