Overview This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign On Bonus! Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Our Maintenance Technicians provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents. Although we are a 365/24/7 business that doesn’t mean you would have to be – this position won’t have any on-call duties! Overtime is available but not required. Compensation: $21.00 - $27.50 /hr DOE Schedule Available: Full-time evening shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) with rotating weekend coverage (every 3rd weekend) where skills in the various trades is a definite plus. Certified pool operators (CPO) license or certification preferred. Ability to use ladders and basic hand tools. Skills in the operation, repair, and maintenance of shop equipment and tools. Ability to read and understand labels. Good oral and written communications skills. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
