Maintenance Technician

Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, overtime to support business needs

On-call weekends required

Pay: $27.00/hr + depending on qualifications and experience

Job Details:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systemsReading technical diagrams and blueprintsPerforming general electrical maintenanceInspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical componentsTroubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devicesDiagnosing problems with electrical systems to identify problemsChecking the electrical processes and equipment routinely to ensure efficient functioningMaintaining records of installation, maintenance, repairs and servicing informationAbility to work safely, knowledge in proper PPE, and LOTOCommunication skills are required
 

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.6+ months of work experience, preferred 1-2 years of maintenance or farm maintenance experience preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for a long period of time, and work effectively in all types of weather (i.e., snow, rain, wind, heat, cold, et.).
