Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on equipment and systems.
+ Document and update maintenance logs for all machinery and systems.
+ Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repair issues as they arise.
+ Assist in maintaining the exterior and interior of the facility, including minor structural fixes.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues with machinery, tools, and production equipment.
+ Work closely with operators to identify recurring issues and implement solutions.
+ Assist the Director of Facilities and Maintenance in monitoring and maintaining spare parts and supplies inventory.
+ Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and readily available.
+ Collaborate with production staff and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
+ Provide regular updates to the Director of Facilities and Maintenance on maintenance activities, issues, and improvement opportunities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
+ Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
+ Basic computer skills for logging maintenance tasks and using maintenance software.
+ Experience in assembly, electrical, production, schematic, wiring, electrical assembly, blueprint, electronic assembly, micrometer, electronics, electrical wiring, circuit board, and panel wiring.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
