**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. The role involves repairing fabrication equipment such as presses, CNC machines, automated equipment, manual machines, forklifts, job cranes, and other mechanical equipment. The technician will also be required to machine and fabricate parts for repairs as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. + Repair fabrication equipment such as presses, CNC machines, automated equipment, manual machines, forklifts, job cranes, and other mechanical equipment. + Conduct electrical maintenance including installations, disconnects, and connections of machine tools and other machinery. + Work on switch gears, motor relays, gear boxes, and point-to-point wiring. + Troubleshoot electrical circuits including a/c and d/c circuitry. + Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, servo drives, limit switches, and low voltage motors. + Perform mechanical duties including hydraulic and pneumatic system repairs. + Work on gears, chains, sprockets, belts, motors, compressors, etc. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Electrical maintenance + Mechanical maintenance + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + PLC troubleshooting + Electrical troubleshooting + Low voltage electronics + Welding + Repair + Schematic reading + Blueprint reading + Maintenance repair + Motors + Industrial maintenance + Fabrication **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of maintenance experience + Experience with electronics, electrical, and mechanical maintenance + Experience performing maintenance on automation equipment + Basic fabrication or welding skills + Own basic tools + Experience in forging companies (preferred) **Why Work Here?** Our company offers excellent internal benefits and fosters an easy-to-work-in environment.
