**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses. Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V DC systems. Address PLC and robotics troubleshooting (including Fanuc and ABB), as well as hydraulic and pneumatic repairs and other general maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic). + Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V DC systems. + Conduct PLC and robotics troubleshooting, including Fanuc and ABB systems. + Handle hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Perform welding (mig) as needed for project work. + Bend conduit as necessary. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience preferred with an associate's degree. + 10 years experience required if no degree. + Multi-skilled in electrical (480V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic is a plus. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding (mig) is a plus. + Conduit bending is also a plus. **Why Work Here?** Work in one of the top automotive facilities in Central Kentucky with exposure to automation and robotics. The environment is highly automated and fairly laid back. The facility is non-temperature controlled but clean and well-lit. Equipment includes robots (Fanuc and ABB), conveyors, pumps, presses, and ovens.
