**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** ***Will take entry level technicians*** **Job Description** The Industrial Maintenance Technician will perform both electrical and mechanical job responsibilities. On a daily basis, the employee will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various machinery and equipment throughout the plant. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular preventative maintenance of machines. + Diagnose electro-mechanical devices to locate and repair/replace defective parts. + Answer mechanical & electrical trouble calls and make repairs as needed. + Start/Set Up machinery/equipment and adjust PLCs and VFDs. **Essential Skills** + 2 to 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Experience with troubleshooting and repairing 480V 3-phase motor control systems. + Experience with rigging, installing equipment & conveyors. + Ability to read and interpret electrical documentation such as wiring diagrams, programming information, and electrical testing devices (i.e. ohmmeter). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Intermediate to advanced welding skills (preferred). + Blueprint reading. + Knowledge of electrical systems. + Preventive maintenance expertise. + PLC troubleshooting experience. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Sharonville,OH. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Dec 23, 2024. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
