**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Responsible for keeping up with the production schedule and minimizing downtime. Work with highly automated conveyor systems and machinery. You will be provided with preventative maintenance goals to complete daily and respond to corrective maintenance calls. Responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. Assist operators in troubleshooting problems and changeovers to meet production demands. Ability to work in a team environment and independently is essential. **Responsibilities** + Maintain production schedule and minimize downtime. + Work with highly automated conveyor systems and machinery. + Complete daily preventative maintenance goals and respond to corrective maintenance calls. + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair or replacement. + Assist operators in troubleshooting problems and changeovers to meet production demands. + Record maintenance performed in CMMS. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment and printing equipment. + Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V. + Experience with motors and sensors. + Pneumatic hoses and tooling troubleshooting. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Experience with hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, 3-phase electrical systems, and Siemens PLCs. + Knowledge of conveyer systems, repair, PLC control, electrical troubleshooting, motors, and industrial maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 - 3 years of industrial maintenance experience is required. + High school diploma is a must; Associates in a related field is preferred. + Prior experience with corrugating or printing is a huge plus. + Troubleshooting PLC, VFD, and automation experience preferred (Siemens, Schneider, and Lens brands). **Why Work Here?** Temperature-controlled environment, ensuring more comfort during summer. There are two openings on the 2nd shift right now. The position is non-union. Expect to work overtime, with one Saturday or Sunday per month, but never both in the same week. Sundays are reserved for specific projects. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $76960.00 Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits start day one.
