Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This individual will be performing reactionary maintenance, preventative maintenance, and facility maintenance throughout the plant. The primary focus will be on supporting Plant 2, which specializes in the injection molding plastic processes of their products. The right candidate will be responsible for repairing machinery such as injection mold equipment, Fanuc robots, conveyor systems, and more. Prior injection molding experience is not required, but the candidate must be comfortable in that environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform reactionary, preventative, and facility maintenance. + Support Plant 2 in injection molding plastic processes. + Repair machinery including injection mold equipment, Fanuc robots, and conveyor systems. + Read schematics and blueprints. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems. + Conduct welding and PLC troubleshooting. + Maintain and repair servo drives and other mechanical systems. + Work with hydraulics and pneumatics. **Essential Skills** + Hydraulics + PLC Troubleshooting + Mechanical Maintenance + Electrical Maintenance (3 Phase) + Pneumatics & Hydraulics + Welding/Fabrication (Plus, Not Needed) + Reading Schematics and Blueprints + Preventive Maintenance + Machine Repair + Using Volt Meter + Understanding Electrical Schematics and Diagrams **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Tier 2: At least 2 years of Industrial Maintenance experience. + Ability to read schematics. + Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems. + PLC Troubleshooting. + Welding. + Using Voltmeter. + A big PLUS is experience with Injection Molding, Plastic, and Robotics. + Tier 3: 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience. + Experience with Fanuc Robotics. + Controls Experience (PLC, Vision Systems). **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled facility with growth opportunities. Traditional Monday through Friday shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM with every other Saturday required. Expect an average of 8 hours of overtime per week. While the facility is climate-controlled, be prepared for warmer conditions in certain areas. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Springfield, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $67600.00 New employees receive a variety of benefits, including: Training: New office employees receive mandatory onboarding training, and all office employees receive annual compliance training.
