**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians for our 2nd shift (3-11 PM, Monday-Friday) and 3rd shift (11 PM-7 AM, Sunday-Thursday). The ideal candidates will have strong foundation of previous work experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment. **Responsibilities** + Remove and install electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment. + Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to determine causes of machine failure and recommend solutions for repair. + Install and set up new machines and equipment. + Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of maintenance equipment, tools, and work areas. + Use work orders and maintenance plans to document repairs. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Proficiency with industrial-electrical components. + Knowledge of PLC and robotic systems (preferred). + Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English. + Sound problem-solving skills. + Attention to detail. + High School Diploma or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Although not the most aesthetically pleasing from the outside, the inside is clean and organized. The facility includes robotics and automation, providing opportunities to learn and work with advanced equipment. The plant has fans and doors to open during the summer and heaters for the winter. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, North Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
