Prior experience in apartment maintenance or construction required. **Must be able to pass 7 year background check, no drug screen required.** A valid driver license, reliable personal vehicle, personal auto insurance as required by law, and an MVR *HVAC knowledge is biggest priority. *Familiarity with work order software Yardi is a plus.
