**Hiring Maintenance Technicians** **in Beaver Falls, PA!** **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair and regular maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a heavy manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Process Engineer, the Maintenance Technician will perform breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance activities throughout the plant with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** + Perform breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance activities. + Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment. + Provide training to less experienced maintenance staff. + Repair electrical circuit boards and electrical controls. + Work with mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems. + Install, maintain, and repair production or processing equipment. + Fabricate machine guards and install or repair conveyors. + Replace motors and tear down or replace pumps. + Maintain fluid collection and distribution equipment. + Repair electro-mechanical equipment. + Work with both AC & DC crane repair. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of technical training in maintenance and repair techniques. + 3+ years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. + Electrical repair experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Unquestioned integrity and professional standards of conduct. + Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. + Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. + Accountability for completing work on-time and to high quality standards. + Team player with strong process orientation. + Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Eagerness to learn and seek training for personal and professional development. **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment that values continuous improvement and professional development.
