**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a foundry environment that manufactures a variety of components including Cylinder Heads, Transmission Cases, Pump Housing, ABS Brake Housings, Gear Drive Housings, Scroll Housings, Cylinder Blocks, Large Cases, Flywheel Housings, HHP Engine Front/Rear Covers, Gear Drive Housings, and Driveline Components. The technician will be responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks. This role involves working with furnaces, molding machines, dust collection systems, casting machines, and core machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Work on furnaces, molding machines, dust collection systems, casting machines, and core machines.
+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting including 3-phase, 480v, and PLC systems.
+ Handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance.
+ Utilize blueprints and schematics for maintenance tasks.
+ Perform mechanical repairs including motors, Allen-Bradley, PLC troubleshooting, fabrication, wiring, and welding.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
+ Experience in electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase, 480v, and PLC systems
+ Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
+ Possession of own tooling (basic hand and power tools)
+ Comfortable working in a hot and dirty environment

**Work Environment**
This role operates in a hot and dirty environment, with shifts available on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The work hours are as follows: 1st Shift: 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday), 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm (Monday - Friday), 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am (Sunday - Thursday).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warsaw, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
