**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position is for a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift. The role involves maintaining all machines throughout the plant, ensuring flexibility even in a union environment. Key areas of focus include processing equipment, refrigeration, boiler room, waste plant, building maintenance, and seasonal preparation to meet safety standards. The technician will also follow a preventive maintenance schedule provided by supervisors or managers.
