Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The individual will perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on plastic injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. Responsibilities include routine fixture repair and facilities maintenance, working on grinders, presses, heaters, dryers, cranes, motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics. Additionally, the role involves working with 3-phase motors and 480v electrical systems. **Hard Skills** + Preventative Maintenance Experience + Machine Repair Experience + Mechanical Aptitude **Work Environment** Typical injection molding/automotive manufacturing environment. The plant can get warm in the summer and is considered dirtier due to the heavy usage of the injection mold area. However, it is very organized due to recent continuous improvement and kaizen initiatives. The shift is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with 5-10+ hours of overtime typical for the automotive industry. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
