Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to work in a manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities include mechanical maintenance of conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, gear boxes, and low voltage electrical troubleshooting.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical maintenance on conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, and gear boxes.Troubleshoot and repair low voltage electrical systems.Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment.Utilize personal tools to perform maintenance and repair tasks.Essential SkillsExperience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.Proficiency in mechanical and electrical repair.Ability to perform preventive maintenance.Strong mechanical aptitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in fields such as electrical work, welding, auto mechanics, industrial maintenance, millwrighting, or skilled assembly/machine building.Own set of tools required for the job.Why Work Here?

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am). Our work environment supports a strong work-life balance and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a food processing plant where the majority of the plant is maintained at a refrigerated temperature of roughly 40 degrees. While there are portions of the facility that are freezers, technicians will rarely need to enter those areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
