Essential Functions

Perform general maintenance duties. Handle all equipment in a safe manner to prevent accidents and demonstrate good working knowledge of tools and their safe use. Follow preventive maintenance schedule / instruction and complete reports, as requested.   May also be required to: inspect and repair plumbing and irrigation systems, maintain small water features such as fish ponds, repair light fixtures, help maintain swimming pool and perform general sanitation duties. Perform other job duties as required. Maintain grounds through mowing, weed eating, landscaping, etc.

 

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in grounds keeping and/or maintenance preferred Preferred knowledge of standard practices, procedures, tools, knowledge of maintenance equipment and the ability to operate machinery and tools. Valid Driver's License required First Aid & CPR Required, training will be provided.
