**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + As a Maintenance Technician, you will be assigned to a specific section of our plant alongside an engineer + You will be responsible for writing work instructions, implementing upgrades and changes, completing major repairs and preventative maintenance, performing specialized maintenance tasks, and conducting training sessions + The primary focus of this role is maintaining tube forming lines and presses + You will troubleshoot programming, fixtures, and production-related issues by operating and/or observing equipment to detect malfunctions or non-conforming conditions and adjust machine controls as required **Responsibilities** + Support development of machine specifications for new equipment, machines, and tooling + Investigate root cause of quality failures and implement permanent corrective actions related to forming, trimming, and sizing in bellows forming + Assist in training team leaders, maintenance staff, and tooling personnel as needed + Monitor equipment cumulative cycles for predictive machine rebuild activity + Conduct and lead major equipment rebuild activities + Execute and verify the quality of preventive maintenance activities + Assist in developing techniques for specified production processes such as tube welding, hydro-forming, assembly, and liner manufacturing **Shifts** Openings on multiple shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Warren,MI. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Dec 21, 2024. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
