Job DescriptionLocation: 30852 San Antonio St., Hayward, CA  94544Compensation: $44/hour

 As a Maintenance Technician In this role, you will:

Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery, equipment, and electrical devices (such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety and limit switches) both working alongside another maintenance technician, as well as working on your own.Solve different problems every day; we’re seeking someone who thrives on problem-solving and independent decision-making.Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment and Programmable Logic Controllers Repair and maintain boilers, water heaters, water conditioning equipment, and all water distribution systems Identify safety issues with machines, document issues, develop an action plan to resolve concerns and follow up to ensure problems are resolved Monitor machines to ensure all levels are within EPA, OSHA, and other government guidelines

QualificationsHS Diploma2+ years of Technical School Training and/or 5+ years related experience in distribution or manufacturing environment, and/or licensed journeyman of a skilled trade 2+ years as a Maintenance TechnicianBasic understanding of refrigeration, plumbing, welding, hydraulics and facility maintenance nice to haveRead and interpret mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

EPA REFRIGERATION CERTIFICATION (Type II or Universal) nice to have
