Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various manufacturing equipment including injection molding machines, CNC machining centers, mechanical processing equipment, laser marking systems, and associated machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring minimal downtime and enhancing equipment reliability and performance.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on injection molding machines, CNC machining centers, mechanical processing equipment, laser marking systems, and associated machinery.Respond promptly to equipment failures and breakdowns to minimize downtime. Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and restore functionality to manufacturing equipment in a timely manner.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance. Implement proactive maintenance initiatives, such as equipment modifications, upgrades, and process optimizations, to enhance productivity and minimize maintenance costs.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions. Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related challenges effectively.Essential SkillsExperience with injection molding, including mold setup, mold changes, and preventive maintenance.Ability to troubleshoot and improve processes in a manufacturing environment.Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving production issues based on blueprints and other technical documents.Additional Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience working with or around high-speed automated equipment or robotics.Ability to perform full root cause analysis and troubleshooting.Minimum of a high school diploma; one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An associate's degree is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The current positions are open for the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a potential shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Candidates must be comfortable working on the first shift for 2-3 months until acclimated. The work environment includes working with high-speed automated equipment and robotics, ensuring reliable production processes.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
