Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and maintain air compressors and various machines. The role involves performing mechanical and motor maintenance, troubleshooting and replacing hydraulic hoses and pneumatic systems, and conducting some electrical repairs. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial UV printers and performing building maintenance as needed.
ResponsibilitiesService and maintain air compressors.Perform mechanical and motor maintenance on various machines.Troubleshoot and replace hydraulic hoses and pneumatic systems.Replace air ran cylinders, O-rings, and various belts.Conduct electrical repairs (voltage not exceeding 480).Troubleshoot and repair industrial UV printers as needed.Perform building maintenance when required.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in the industrial maintenance field.Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Proficiency in working with pneumatics and hydraulics.Skilled in using hand and power tools.Experience with reactive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsLeadership qualities.Ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving skills.Proven quality attendance record.Flexibility in role responsibilities.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work on the 1st shift in a non-temperature controlled shop with an open floor concept. The environment is relatively clean.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dieterich, Illinois.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00
