-Looking for qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician's to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), troubleshooting, and repair to industrial machinery and equipment including steel cutting machinery, roll formers, shot blasters, cranes, conveyors, mills, coiling machines, banding machines, etc.
-Inspect, repair, or replace mechanical components including belts, bearings, rollers, chains, sprockets, shafts, and gearboxes
-Hydraulic and pneumatic repairs/rebuilds
-Perform welding (MIG/STICK) cutting and fabrication using torch/plasma cutter, saws, and grinders
-Read from blueprints and electrical diagrams
-Basic knowledge and understanding of PLCs (inputs/outputs troubleshooting)
-Order parts and receive work orders through CMMS
-Electrical knowledge and maintenance of 12v-480v single and 3 phase electricity, AC/DC motors, fuses, switches, relays, starters, contactors, sensors, etc.
-General building maintenance as needed
-2nd shift 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am open, must be available for OT and weekends (50-55 hours per week)
