Maintenance Technician
**1** **st** **Shift Maintenance Technician** **Telford, PA** **$28-$34/hr DOE** **Benefits - Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off, Health, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401k Enrollment, Paid Parental Leave** **Job Summary** Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance including but not limited to rotogravure printing presses, blown film extruders, slitters, bag making machinery and all ancillary equipment. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair building systems: HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc. + Maintain and repair electrical systems: (change lightbulbs, clean and repair circuit breakers) + Ensure fitness and safety of all electrical and mechanical systems through routine testing + Troubleshoot issues and repair all production machinery + Inspect alarm systems (Fire and protection) and schedule repairs when needed + Perform pest control such as spraying insecticide + Perform manual repairs (fix locks, replace windows) when needed **Essential Skills/Knowledge** + A strong electrical aptitude + Ability to read electrical control schematics + Ability to read mechanical drawings + Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician and a working knowledge of maintenance processes and methods. + Mechanically inclined and understand how to use a variety of tools, common appliances and devices + A basic understanding of HVAC, hydraulic and plumbing systems **Experience/Qualifications** + CMRP Certification – Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional + HVAC Certification + Building Maintenance Technology Certification + Knowledge of PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers) + 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. **Physical Demands** + Stand for long periods of time + Be able to lift 50 or more pounds + Be able to bend, crawl and climb This job description does not list all of the duties of the job.
