\n\t\t\t\t\tFormerly known as Qure, Cirtec Medical absorbed/ acquired its sister company in September 2023 and has come up through new leadership changes across the board to improve its processes and employee experience. Cirtec is a plastic medical device manufacturing facility that specializes in manufacturing Catheter Delivery Systems, O-Rings, IV Bags, etc. \n\nThey are currently enduring some growing pains with building back up their leadership and are looking for the following criteria in their maintenance department: \n- Electrical working with low (24v) to high (480v)\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n•\tRead and interpret blue prints, schematics, manuals, and written instructions as necessary to complete an assigned task\n•\tProficient in use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance shop equipment. Examples of typical equipment would be a lathe, grinder, drill press, pipe threader, etc.\n•\tAbility to use a cutting torch and to bronze\n•\tPerform Millwright discipline. This includes alignment with dal indicators, install sheaves and belts, verify and set belt tension, etc.\n•\tPerform Pipefitter discipline. This includes installing, modifying, and repairing piping conduit and instrument tubing runs\n•\tMaintain plant mechanical equipment and systems to insure efficiency and minimal downtime\n•\tInstall, troubleshoot, and repair production presses and associated equipment\n•\tInstall, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems and components\n•\tInstall, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and devices (Includes motors, lighting systems, plant electrical – 240V & 480V systems, HVAC, PLC Troubleshooting and programming)\n•\tPerform preventative maintenance and housekeeping\n•\tThis list is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned as needed\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities: \n•\tNone\n\nQualifications:\n•\tTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of each essential duty as well as competence in one or more of the specialties set out below. (Example: HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC’s, etc.)\n•\tPass a generalized maintenance test and have general knowledge of the following in addition to the specialized knowledge discussed above:\n\tMechanics\n\tPneumatics\n\tHydraulics\n\tElectronics\n\tElectrical\nexperience. Also: \n\nLanguage Skills: \n•\tAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.\n\nMathematical Skills:\n•\tAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percent and to interpret bar graphs.\n\nReasoning Ability:\n•\tAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.\n\nComputer Skills: \n•\tBasic understanding of keyboard, Monitor and Hard Drive, Microsoft Office Software, Excel and PowerPoint. The pay range for this position is $30.50 - $32.90
