**Schedule Details:**
**Wednesday through Sunday**
**Shift:** **11:00 PM- 7:00 AM, Evening**
**Starting Hourly Pay: $19.00**
**Full-Time**
**Work Performed:**
The Maintenance Technician will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis (e.g., "room care");
+ Complete work orders from guests and hotel associates and record inlog;
+ Assist in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems, and make minor repairs and/orreplacements;
+ Make routine repairs on all hotel equipment including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, boilers, pool equipment, HVAC, hand and power tools, and general plumbing systems such as pipelines, toilets, andsinks;
+ Service the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaningfilters;
+ Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows, and counters, including paintingand finishingfurniture and fixtures ifneeded;
+ Operate powerequipment, hand tools, and vehicles associated with ground maintenance and landscaping activitiesin allseasons;
+ Maintain grounds equipment and tools in proper working order. Perform minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools asrequired;
+ Remove trash daily from sidewalks, grounds, landscaping, and parkinglots;
+ Provide friendly, prompt service for hotel guests and associatesfollowing Atrium’s CoreValues;
+ Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuries,and unsafe work conditions to management; and
+ Any and allother work is required to complete the position's primary purpose.
**Qualifications:**
+ Six (6) months of maintenance experience
+ Hotel maintenance experience preferred
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Certification preferred
+ Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally
+ Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs regularly
+ Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
+ Able to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift
+ Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings,nights,weekends and holidays
