**Hiring Maintenance Technicians Near Brownsburg, IN** **$28 - $31.50 per hour | Located in Indianapolis, IN** **Job Description** Join us as a Maintenance Technician in our fast-paced, temperature-controlled facility. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all production machinery, including electrical troubleshooting and repair of equipment up to 480 volts. You will work with drives, motors, VFDs, 3-phase motors, high-speed packaging machines, conveyors, belts, and more. You will check fluid levels, work with hydraulics, sensors, switches, and replace filters. If capable, PLC troubleshooting and repair will also be part of your role. You must follow Lockout Tagout procedures and use the SAP system to complete PMs around the plant. This position consists of 75% mechanical and 25% electrical troubleshooting. The facility is FDA regulated, so hair nets and beard nets are required. The shifts available are night shift (5:45pm - 6:15am) and day shift (5:45am - 6:15pm) with a 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off (2X2X3) schedule. Training takes place during the day. We are looking to fill the night shift but excellent candidates needing the day shift can still be considered. We aim to hire for the night shift and then offer promotion from within to the day shift if employees wish to transition. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
