**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, cutting machines, and assist other machine operators as needed. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, and cutting machines.
+ Assist other machine operators as needed.
+ Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including schematic reading and working with 3-phase systems.
+ Work with heavy industrial control panels and 480v motors.
+ Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
+ Conduct PLC troubleshooting and repair tasks.
+ Maintain and repair equipment as required.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
+ Electrical troubleshooting and repair
+ Experience with 3-phase electrical systems
+ Knowledge of heavy industrial control panels
+ Experience with 480v motors
+ Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise
+ PLC troubleshooting
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3-5 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment

**Work Environment**
The work schedule is from 7 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with occasional Fridays. The team comprises 300 individuals working in production and warehouse settings. Steel toe shoes are required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00
medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, 10 days pto first year, direct placement, full benefits and eligible after 30 days
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
