**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of various mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our equipment through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical devices and components including gears, bearings, drives, and gearboxes. + Maintain and repair electrical devices and components including low and high voltage, AC & DC motors, sensors, PLCs, VFDs, controls, actuators, power supplies, and transformers. + Service pneumatic systems including compressors, logic circuits, actuators, and sensors. + Perform fabrication and welding duties as required. + Handle HVAC duties to ensure optimal operation of systems. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mechanical systems, including gears, bearings, drives, and gearboxes. + Knowledge of electrical systems, including low and high voltage, AC & DC motors, sensors, PLCs, VFDs, controls, actuators, power supplies, and transformers. + Proficiency in servicing pneumatic systems, including compressors, logic circuits, actuators, and sensors. + Ability to perform fabrication and welding duties. + Experience with HVAC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics. + Strong electrical troubleshooting skills. + Experience with preventive maintenance. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and control. + Experience with 3-phase electrical systems. + Industrial maintenance experience. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to be part of a dynamic and innovative workplace.
