**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping food manufacturing lines running smoothly and performing preventive maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Keep food manufacturing lines operational. + Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment. + Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to fix and adjust equipment. + Conduct mechanical repairs on various equipment. + Work with gearboxes and other mechanical components. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical repair skills + Experience with preventive maintenance + Proficiency in using hand tools (wrenches and screwdrivers) + 3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience + Experience in food/beverage industry is a plus but not required **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a dynamic work environment with great paid time off benefits, fully vested 401(k) match, comprehensive health insurance including medical, vision, and dental coverage, life insurance, and weekly pay. **Work Environment** You will be part of a team of 12 maintenance technicians in a plant with over 100 production workers. The role requires wearing steel-toed shoes. Shifts start at either 5 am or 6 am for the first shift, and 2 pm or 3 pm for the second shift, depending on the day. Work schedule is Monday to Friday with frequent Saturday shifts (2-3 per month).
