**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for working on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. Occasionally, you may assist with general facilities maintenance. Most of the equipment you will work on is unique to our plant. The first two months will involve on-the-job training to familiarize you with our processes and equipment. **Responsibilities** + Work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. + Assist with general facilities maintenance as needed. + Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. + Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs. + Troubleshoot PLC systems and programmable logic controllers. + Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and automation systems. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams. + Perform welding and work with robotics and industrial equipment. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician. + Mechanical maintenance. + Electrical maintenance. + Troubleshooting and repair skills. + Preventive maintenance knowledge. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and control. + Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 3-phase power systems. + Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC systems. + Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics. + Ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting. + Understanding of industrial maintenance and automation. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401k plan and tuition reimbursement. You will be working with the potential for 50-60 hours per week, including occasional weekends. The goal is to reduce these hours by adding more skilled technicians to the team. Standard working hours will be 2nd shift-3:00pm-11:30pm or 3rd shift-11:00pm-7:30am **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Manchester, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
