Job Description
This position is for a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift. The role involves maintaining all machines throughout the plant, ensuring flexibility even in a union environment. Key areas of focus include processing equipment, refrigeration, boiler room, waste plant, building maintenance, and seasonal preparation to meet safety standards. The technician will also follow a preventive maintenance schedule provided by supervisors or managers. The position is open due to the implementation of a new line and current short staffing on the 2nd shift.

Employees are offered a $2500 bonus after 45 days and another $2500 bonus after 6 months, totaling a $5000 sign-on bonus. The position also includes a full benefits package.
Work Environment
The Maintenance Technician will work 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, averaging 40-50 hours per week. The environment includes working with various equipment and systems, requiring flexibility and adherence to safety standards.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49000.00 - $66000.00
