Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain all machines and facilities within our plant. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance on all electrical, mechanical, and other equipment, detecting and repairing any defects or malfunctions, and refurbishing equipment to OEM specifications. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on all electrical, mechanical, and other equipment. + Detect and immediately repair any defects and malfunctions, refurbishing to OEM specifications. + Coordinate with production and other departments for feedback on machinery and equipment functionality. + Report all defects, damages, parts used, and time on the job in the CMMS system. + Comply with industry standards and safety regulations. + Participate in safety training and safety teams. + Complete all tasks as delegated by the supervising authority. + Effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines. + Respond to fellow employees with respect and honesty. + Assist other maintenance members when necessary; teaching others may be required. **Essential Skills** + Over 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Three-phase 480v troubleshooting experience. + Understanding the difference between reactive and preventative maintenance. + Ability to prioritize maintenance calls. + In-depth troubleshooting knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + CNC maintenance experience. + Maintenance certifications. + PLC troubleshooting experience. **Why Work Here?** We are driven by values and passionate about teamwork.
