Job Description
We are seeking an industrial multi-craft Maintenance Technician for a tier 1 automotive supplier. The ideal candidate must have industrial experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, preferably on CNC machinery. The role involves 90% reactionary tasks and 10% preventative maintenance tasks. All maintenance, with the exception of HVAC which is outsourced, will fall under the technician's responsibilities.

We are a stable automotive supplier, specifically supporting Toyota and manufacturing transmission parts for cars such as the Camry and Avalon. Employees can earn a monthly perfect attendance bonus of $75. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, with payroll deductions of $25 per paycheck for employee-only coverage and a $500 deductible. Basic life insurance and short-term disability are provided at no charge to the employee. After 60 days, employees are eligible for a 401k with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, and are fully vested after 3 years. We also offer 80 hours of PTO per year, prorated based on the start date.
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Greenfield, Indiana. We have two openings available: one on the 1st shift (6:30am-3pm) and one on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm). We are currently working 10-hour days and every other Saturday. Candidates must be willing to work 10-15 hours of overtime weekly and every other Saturday. Our facility is less than 10 years old and manufactures transmission parts using CNC lathes and CNC mills. The facility includes departments such as production control, machining, finishing, and MRO, and employs between 100 - 130 employees across three shifts. The 2nd shift operates from Monday - Friday, 5pm-1:30am, with a $1 shift differential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00
